Gorkha trekking
This is one of the most spectacular treks in the Gorkha region. This region of north central Nepal is not well known as a trekking area. You are unlikely to see many other trekking parties even in the high season. In terms of scenery and diverse culture, no area of the Himalaya is better. Virtually every campsite has a good potential for mountain views. The scenery ranges from the Gorkha region with its panoramic views of Annapurna, Machhapuchhare, Fungi Himal, Manaslu, Himal Chuli, Peak 29, Buddha Himal, Ganesh Himal to the picturesque Gurung villages of the hills.
Day by day itinerary
Day 01: Arrival & Transfer to Hotel
Day 02: Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu. Sightseeing spots are Pashupatinath Temple,Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath Stupa & Kathmandu Durbar Square
Day 03: Drive Kathmandu to Gorkha ( 5 Hours) .Afternoon Sightseeing in Historical Gorkha Durbar and Gorakhnath Temple & Gorkha Bazaar.
Day 04: Trek Gorkha to Khanchowk
Day 05: Trek Khanchowk to Takukot
Day 06: Trek Takukot to Jaubari
Day 07: Trek Jaubari to Bhachek
Day 08: Trek to Nimche pokhari via Sirandada.
Day 09: Trek to Dharamsala
Day 10: Explore Dudh Pokhari (Holy Pound of Dudkunda)
Day 10: Trek to Chitre (5 Hours)
Day 11: Trek to Bichur (5 hours)
Day 12: Trek to Bhuteodar (5 hours)
Day 13: Trek to Besisahar (5 Hours)
Day 14:Drive back to Kathmandu or
Day 15: Trek to Bhulbhule
Day 16: Trek to Bhulbhule / Syange
Day 17: Trek to Syange / Tal.
Day 18: Trek to Tal / Kupar /
Day 19: Trek to Kupar / Pisang (3200m)
Day 20: Trek to Pisang / Manang (3400m)
Day 21: Acclimatization day in Manang.
Day 22: Trek to Manang / Yak Kharka (4000m)
Day 23: Trek toYak Kharka / Thorong Phedi (4500m)
Day 24: Cross Thorong La Pass (5415m) / Muktinath(3810m)
Day 25: Trek to Muktinath / Jomsom (2750M)
Day 26: Trek to Jomsom / Ghasa (2000m)
Day 27: Trek to Ghasa / Tatopani (1100m)
Day 28: Trek to Tatopani / Ghorepani (2800 M)
Day 29: Trek to Ghorepani / Birethanti (1100m)
Day 30: Trek to Birethanti to Pokhara by bus & transfer hotel
Day 31: Free day in Pokhara
Day 32: Departure to Kathmandu by bus (6hours) or air (25 minutes).
Day 33: Departure to onward destination.
