Marshyangdi River Rafting
Marshyangdi River, rising on the northern slope of the Annapurna Himal joins with Mugling. The river is considered as one of the best class 4 rivers in the world - continuous, exhilarating whitewater with magnificent mountain backdrops. You have to drive up to Beshishahar and take a 4/5 hrs trek further up to Nagdi to reach the starting point. Literal meaning of Marsyangdi is raging river in the local language.

Detail Itinerary
Day 01: Drive to Dumre by bus, then drive from Dumre to Besisahar by bus or truck, whatever is available. Overnight camping at Besisahar.
Day 02: Rafting from Besisahar and camping at the beach at the confluence of Chepe River and Marshyangdi River.
Day 03: All day rafting and camping on the beach near Turtle Bazaar.
Day 04: Rafting to Bimalnagar. After lunch, drive back to Kathmandu or Pokhara.
